Shipping Policy
Worldwide delivery options, order tracking, and express shipping for custom dresses. Find details on methods, times, and more.
1. Shipping Methods
All dresses will be shipped via express. We are shipping worldwide by international express such as DHL, DPD, TNT, UPS, FedEx, EMS etc. If you can not find your country when you check out, please contact us.
Normally you will receive your dress in 3 to 10 days after it was shipped.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time

If you need the dress urgently, please let us know your party date, and we will put your order on our prior schedule and insure you receive it on time.
For some styles with complicated structure, beading and hand work, it may take a few more days for processing.
3. Order Tracking
Once your dress is shipped out, you will receive an email with the express company, tracking number and estimated arrival date. You can track the parcel in the express company’s website.
4. Shipping Address
We apologize that military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered by normal express. We can only ship to military addresses by EMS, which will take around 15 to 30 days to arrive.
It is very easy to lose parcels if we ship dresses out to P.O. Boxes address, and it also takes more time to arrive. Therefore, we strongly recommend you to leave a specific street address when you place the order.
